Returns & Shipping Policy
Don't sweat it- it happens! You received something you didn't like the fit of or maybe the color isn't what you expected. Our goal at The Sublime Club is to make sure you are number one and LOVE what you receive.
Exchanges -
To exchange an item for a different size, please email us at sublimeclubinfo@gmail.com with your order #, size you received, and the size you need to exchange for. As long as we have the size requested, we will send you the correct size along with a shipping label to return it. In order to be eligible for an exchange, please ship us the item within our 14 day exchange window. When we receive the item, we will then ship out the exchanged item straight to you- free of shipping charges.
Returns -
We offer store credit ONLY for all returns. All returns MUST be made within 30 days of your purchase. If we receive it in the mail after the 30 day window, we will ship it back to you. Items must be returned in unworn condition, meaning:
- unwashed
- unworn
- no scuff marks
- no makeup or deodorant stains
- no wear and tear
- original tags attached
Items that are unable to be returned:
- sale items/clearance
- undergarments
- hats
- customized items
- all jewelry
We are subject to deny returns if the item doesn't fall under our 'unworn' conditions stated above. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping -
Standard shipping is a flat fee of $5 for every order. Your purchase will be delivered to you in 5 - 10 business days. If there is a delay on our part in shipping for some reason, we will let you know via the email you used for your order.
Lost, Stolen, Or Delayed Packages -
The Sublime Club is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, lost or damaged orders once it has been shipped.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have a secure location for delivery.
If you receive a "delivered" notification by email or text, but have received no package, act ASAP! It's much more likely to recover your package while the trail is hot! USPS is much more responsive when it's a current situation than when it's a week or so old.
•Contact your mail carrier, local post office or USPS (800) 275-8777 if your package is missing or damaged. If they can see that it was misdelivered, they will help you locate it.
Cancelling Orders -
- If you need to cancel your order, please email us as quickly as possible. We will cancel it and refund it.
- If your order has already been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.
International Shipping -
We currently do not offer International shipping, but will return to the idea to offer it if it is requested in the future.
